1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use this service.
2. Intellectual Property
   All content published, including texts, images, graphics, and source code, are the exclusive property of Isvijuen and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
3. Use of the Service
   You agree to use our bot only in a manner that is appropriate and compliant with all applicable laws. Abusive or illegal use of the bot is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your access.
4. Purchases
   Purchases of digital content such as subscriptions or in-game currencies made through the bot are considered final and non-refundable as soon as the digital content is accessible. By making a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge and agree that you will therefore lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download or use has begun. This waiver is in accordance with the requirements of the European right of withdrawal, which allows this exception for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
5. Modifications to the Service and Terms
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also change these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
   We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the bot.

   These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
